I need to know what size tap to clean out the right hand threaded crankshaft on a Ca77 1964 305 motor. I also need to replace the bolt, Part # 90026-259-000, If someone can tell the size of bolt, dia , and thread size, great!! This attaches the Dyno to this tapered rh crankshaft.

Welcome to the forum solarcycles1. I will try to get the measurments today if somebody doesn't already give you this information.

SOlar,

The dyno bolt is an M8-1.25 bolt.

I got mine at Western Hills Honda.

Call and ask for Terry in Vintage parts.

Thakyou for the infomation and verification. I only have one chance to tap the crank and it needed to be the correct size!!!!
