wiring the starter???

just recently started restoring my 1965 Honda Dream....i rebuilt the Carb. and it will kick start.....though it won't stay running....still needs some work and adjustments

it is a bike that has been in my family since the sixties.....my dad told me years ago that the starter was frozen....so i bought one off the internet....but have no idea of the electrical setup...where does the wiring go....i can see where it appears to attach to the side of the starter...but do not know where it goes.....it had to wiring to start with.....

any help w/ be appreciated

jcm. The starter cable comes from the battery + to the starter solenoid,to the starter. You should get a manual that has a wiring diagram in it they are a big help! Steve greer

When i have issues like this i consult it with electrician kendall, they suggest the right ways to fix the issue. I think you must also consult it with an electrician near.
