1965 CL77 frame value?

I have an early 1965 CL77 frame and was wondering what a bare frame like this would be worth? It has the swingarm and fork braces with it, some surface rust but overall good solid shape. The serial number is very early from what I can figure, the number is just over 600. Is this frame any more valuable because of the low serial number?

Just to be clear, list the whole number. If it does not have a title, not worth much IMHO. Rusty

I will get the exact number tomorrow, I believe it was CL77-1000603. It seemed much lower than any other VIN I saw when searching around. I don't have a title for the frame but could get a bill of sale from the previous owner.
