It would be so easy if parts were available at the local Honda dealer. You are doing a wonderful job of making use of your skills and the materials at hand. Your postings are truly inspiring.

It wouldn't be so much fun if it was all still available. Much of the fun is doing the research to track down the specification, then the parts. There would be no need for a Forum like this and the great friends you get to 'meet' and share opinions and information with.

If parts cannout be found then you have to work out if they can be made. I particularly like it when I can make things in my own workshop.

Hi Graham,

A little rough, but I think it's the bike taken from the other side in the picture you showed earlier.

Don't mind, it's not, no black horn on this bike.

I had my first visit to Beaulieu Autojumble yesterday and discovered that it was almost 98% car stuff so not much for the '60s Honda enthusiast, except that I found some vinyl that might be a match for Honda seat covering.

It looks a bit lighter in this photo but I'll get it home and do a little more reasearch and a comparison with some old blue-covered seats I have.

Next was a trip to Netley Marsh Autojumble, about 5 miles up the road. Stallholders were ready to pack up when I got there but after lots of aimless rummaging four, early round-bowl, PW26 carbs turned up along with a single square bowl PW22 HOV.

In total these five carbs cost me 30GBP and while the outsides are rather pitted, the insides are pretty nice.
