One of the front forks is jammed
I'm looking for information to disassemble the bottom of the fork to see whyit is locked up
Looks like there is a threaded seal with two small pint holes for a special tool to be used to unscrew it and access the spring area
Any input is welcome

Front fork jammedI found a 2010 post by Snakeoil with good detail on the fork disassembly
He tapped out the slider with a small steel punch then made a wrench called a 2 pin spinner wrench used for reassembly Anyone know where such a wrench could be found ? You can undo that ring with a pin punch if you are careful.
 With the ring out, you can just pull the slider off the tube to reveal the innards. If yours is stick, it may be corrosion inside the fork or the tube may be bent.  My aluminum bushes were shot so I made new ones from 606 bronze.  I also made a tool to put the retaining ring back in. G

Fork removal all but bottom sealI was able to make modify a spanner wrench and remove the cap and get all but the
bottom seal our #5 on the assemble chart the clip #8 came off and all pulled out but the seal so far I have not been able to get it out Does any know where I could get the right fork 51520-273-010s R/H that may be plan B Re: Fork removal all but bottom sealPlease double check; I think you have the wrong part number if you're looking for the R/H case, which would be 51460-273-010S. Your number is for the left side. Where have you tried looking? CMSNL has them. Try ebay and Ohio Cycle.
