1966 cl77 kick shaft oil seal

Post by Pauleye » Fri Oct 28, 2016 9:26 pm

Hello all, bike leaks only when warmed up. I removed right side cover and saw that oil was leaking from the kick shaft seal. I thought I would be able to get one off eBay but there's only one in Thailand. I didn't really want to buy the whole kit and it takes 4 weeks to get the one overseas. Any suggestions? Or should I just put it together and ride till the end of the season. Thanks for any help in advance.

Read the dimensions off the seal (or measure the size of houseing, size of shaft and depth of seal) and go to your local bearing stockest. They will be able to help.

These are the guys I use in UK.
