Hey Dave, that looks way cool, I like the color combo!, the gas tank looks good like that. I ran my bike for a while with cl pipes, and had them wraped like that. You could tell the wrap made it leaner, by the color of the outlet. On the gearing, for speed I went the largest front sprocket (barely cleared, had to grind the tips off the teeth), and a 32 on back. Are you going o ring chain?

I'm going non o-ring, less friction, and this won't exactly be my everyday rider, so I'm not too concerned about wear. I ordered black header wrap, and will do the head pipes with that. I'm still trying to figure out mufflers. Perhaps some of the shorty dunlop style. I do have a set of blank racing megs, that I'm trying to figure out how to baffle. The tank panels will be red, not chrome. This bike has been a lot of work, after doing stock restos, where everthing has it's place and order. A lot of figuring, and fabricating, but I love it!
