ca77 exhaust pipes

Post by choctaw » Tue Jan 19, 2016 4:13 pm

Does any one have a idea on how to remove dents? The dents are in the curved area (See Pictures).I tried to heat the area up,then used a socket with a long extension. I got some out,but that curve is a problem.thanks.ps. these pipes will be re-chromed. I just wanted to get most of it out before having them done.

Tac weld long bolt/rod on there, heat red hot and use slide hammer?

Cut hole opposite dent, heat red hot then knock out from opposite side?
Do what you've always done and you'll get what you've always had.
