Many thanks, sjkowal. I did run into those in my search for replacements. I believe they're made by Kijima. They do, indeed, sell replacement lenses and I've ordered 4 in hope that they fit. It'll take some time to get them from Japan, but when I do I'll report back on the fit.

I received the Kijima replacement lenses today; photos below. They do fit. I'd say the quality is very good, but not great. They're a bit thinner than the originals, especially in the portion of the lens that fits inside the metal housing. The lens pattern is similar, but the lines in the new lens a bit further apart. The light coming through the lens is brighter with the new lens.
