It doesn't look like they sell just the lens.

Many thanks, sjkowal. I did run into those in my search for replacements. I believe they're made by Kijima. They do, indeed, sell replacement lenses and I've ordered 4 in hope that they fit. It'll take some time to get them from Japan, but when I do I'll report back on the fit.
