Yes, just some surface rust on the flyweights that should clean off easily, probably from condensation. Still had plenty of oil in the bearings.

I found part of an extra cam chain link in the crankcase. The only internal part that isn't good is the shift shaft, which had the external shift lever welded to it.

Looked at the crankshaft closer today while I was cleaning it. Made a liar out of me. I pulled the right side bearing off and the rollers are stuck in the cage and the bearing surface on the crank is pitted and the rollers were bad. The crank surface just has some pits in it so a ball bearing would be fine on there. Are they readily available? I'm debating what I'm going to do with it.

Thanks lm, but It's just spare parts right now, don't have any plans for it at the moment, just wanted to figure out if it was worth keeping as is for future use. If you have to look I'm guessing they're not that easy to come by.
