i just got mine delivered today and notice only 1 carb.is this RIGHT

Single carb on a twin was actually a pretty typical setup used on many different bikes from a variety of makers.

i hadn't realized,do you know anything about throttle's i took my grip off and cleaned the tube and the throttle still wont spring back. the cable doesn't have any way to adjust it there.thanks so much for your help this is my first restro.

Unfortunately it pretty typical for the throttle not to return. Not only on the Dream with its somewhat odd throttle setup, but on most any bike of that era. I don't know if it was all the important to them to have the throttle spring back like we are so used to on late model bikes.

you are sooo right.i'm just going to have to take that carb.apart and clean it,it's not holding a idol wont stay running i expected that.
