Lamp bulbs

Post by modelman » Sat Aug 08, 2015 5:20 am

Ok, so i've milled slots in the new-flat handlebars, made up & fed the wires through to the headlamp, made up a completely new wiring loom & connectors, its all metered out ok, (I hope )
I did this as the original was a but shabby & a new one simply looks the part!!

But since a lot of the original was dis-connected, I had little to go on other than the wiring dia on this site. I find that my bike, 1965 CB77 has THREE lamps in the speedo housing & 1 in the headlamp shell, I THINK the one in the shell is the neutral lamp, & 2 either side in the speedo housing are panel-lamps, but I have a top-central lamp, would this be a main-beam indicator??
I has a blue wire, & I see nothing in the wiring diags.
There is nothing blue at the front of the loom to connect it to, if it IS main-beam, then I'll tee it into the main-beam wire.
Or have I missed something?

The blue wire pigtail bulb is the high beam indicator.
