What model / year is this?

I picked this bike up at a junkyard for next to nothing. What model and year is it? Thanks for any help you can offer. Image is attached.

Look for vin/serial numbers on the upper left side of the engine case and on the frame down by the left foot peg.

I've been looking for a VIN number on the frame. Is there one or is it just on the engine cover?

VIN is below brake light switch below battery.

Its got to be a 64 or later as it has the shock mounts with signal covers.
