fork oil

I know that the forks on these are none too sophiscated and probably anything will do but, what weight of oil does everyone prefer to use in their forks?

I weigh 210-lbs. so straight 30w motor oil is good for me. If you are a bit lighter weight and have rebuilt the forks and have new seals, I would start with 15w ATF.
