Just bought a CL77, need title etc

Hi folks,
I just bought a CL77, not running, needs title. http://www.goomer.com/honda/cl77.html
The previous owner said it was a 1967, any way to verify? I searched any didn't find any info.

I live in Massachusetts so I need a title. I have read many go through Vermont to register with good results, I may try it.

I was wondering what officially the bikes cc's are. The badge reads 300cc. The reason, it is a bit easier (no VIN inspection needed) if under 300cc. To make it more confusing I'm wondering if this means including 300cc?

Anybody go through this process themselves? Thanks much.

Officially 305cc. I looked at your photos and noticed you have a 1963 CB77 top case instead of its original stamped CL77 top case. If you want some help on estimating the year it would help if you posted the frame number.
