fuel starvation

Got the petcock problem sorted out. Flipping the float worked, getting fuel now. Carb still needs some fine tuning. I'm making progress! Thanks Hamamatsu!

'64 CB77 barn find last ran in 1981. Many here offered to loosen the cap if having a problem. My bike was starving and I would see bubbles in the fuel line. Did the hammer dismantle of the fuel cap and found the vent hole completely blocked. I will drill an axillary hole 180 degrees out from that one. I would like to add that I think my problem was aggravated by going from a warm garage to a cool ride. The tank became a giant vacuum chamber! Thanks all, C.
