My Dream also has the remnants of clear tubing stuck on threaded hose barbs. Anyone have an image of how the whole thing fits together with new hoses attached? THANKS!

Here's a couple of snaps. The other ends of the tubes go into the holes in the air filter. The tubing has to have the right ID and OD to fit properly at both ends. No shame in simply capping the nipples off. As mentioned previously, Honda eliminated this feature in later years.
