Just wondering what's needed to run 18" wheels from either model

Cheers

CL77 wheels are 19 inch
CB77 wheels are 18 inch

You may get fender clearance issues with the 19 inch wheels and you will have to sort out spindle diameters and spacers. CB and CL use cable rear brake actuation so you may have to rig that up for your Dream.

Front brake torque arm on the dream is different from the other two so that will need adapting at the brake anchor on the brake plate. Also you will need to check out the rotation and ratio of the speedo drive.

The CE71 Dream sport used 18 inch wheels but I'm not sure whether it had a different fender arrangement to compensate.

Are you after the better brakes or bigger wheels? If just better brakes some CB350 parts might work better / cheaper.

You could just have bigger rims laced to the hubs.
