Do you still have the original cover?
My bike is one of the later models and it came with the later cover i.e. with the clutch cable moved forward.
I believe eitheir cover would work.
I found my cover on ebay after many months...

Right side engine cover

I do still have the original cover, but it is broken with the lower rear cracked off. The transmission locked up and must have created a backlash that broke the cover.

What is the part number for the cover you have?

I have been searching on e-bay for about a week with no results. Lots of LH covers though. I have gone to many websites that list the part number in a google/bing search but they all say not avilable or discontinued.

11330-268-020 used up to engine CB77E-1004735
11330-268-030 from CB77E-1004736 on up.

Either cover will work but as I stated before you will need the appropriate clutch wire joint.

Keep watching eBay as 2 to 4 side covers show up per month ranging from $125 - $200+ close of auction price. Bid to own or you will be sidelined empty handed

Great, I appreciate the quick responses. I understood your post about the cable knuckle, but was not sure the 030 would fit for sure.

Also, I was hoping there was a substitute part number that I might look for other than the 020. I thought that there might have been a aftermarket beefed up one to compensate for the poor design of the original that has that weak point.

I will keep checking on e-bay and hopefully will find one soon,

Again, thanks for the confirming info and the quick responses. This is a great forum

The -030 was Hondas last redesign with the reinforced castings and cable relocation.
