You need to compress the image, not resize.

If you have Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) right click on the file (where it's located and before you open it), choose Properties>Opens with... then left click "Change" button. Select Microsoft Office Picture Manager in the window that opens, and then OK all the way out. You only need to carry out this file-association once (for this type of file at least -- .jpg, .jpeg, .tif, .bmp, etc).

Now open the file with a double left click. On the Menu bar, above the opened image, left click Picture>Compress Picture then dot the "Documents" radio button in the r/h pane; click OK then Close and save/replace the file. It will now be about 10% of its previous filesize.

You should now be able to upload or insert it to a post.

Yup. I saw them. They are pretty much the only set that comes up when you type in the search. Could you please post as to their quality when you get them?
