This is what I got back from the chap

Hi,
Well not sure what to say, no bids but many watches.
You ask what needs to be done to bike, number plate too big needs cutting down as cannot fit mud flap, rear brake new shoes needs setting up and adjusting.
Needs kick start rubber , tank panels one or two dints, right tank panel badge fell off have another but facing wrong way.Be better for an oil change and grease up, fitted new cam chain so all gaskets new, would tighten head down after 100 miles or so.

If you want it now and must be before any bids, £3000

Thanks,

Brian.

I'm of to ask other Questions

That bike has gone pear shaped
The chaps words Sorry Nikki, was showing bike today then after would not start and has a banging from bottom end, will have a look next week see whats gone wrong or might sell as is with a spare engine.Next day or so the engine turns over, i removed the right engine cover today and every thing looks ok, I put a spanner on the rota and turned it over ok but then it got stiff but just in one place, thinking bottom end problem

He wants 2 grand for the Bike with spare Engine which has a good crank and the bike is all stock good pipes ect down side ripped seat and Engine Badges and its got 12,000 miles

I Don't mind spending Money on the Engine as I would have piece of mind on its health
Whats a Fair Price should I get it for

Thanks Alan

I think when your hunting theses 305 it can drive you a bit nuts so what is the right price range for a CB77 high low on a good one and a pup

I wonder should that CB77 For that price should be yellow cos it seems it
