There was a saying in the 60's when these bikes were new and plentiful on the streets.
"YOUR CARB. PROBLEM IS IN DIRECT PROPORTION TO THE MISS ADJUSTMENT OF THE POINTS AND WE HAVE SINCE ADDED YOUR VALVES". ..........lm

Sorry , we here in Massachusetts are known as "mass holes" It has to do with the way we drive. I did not mean to "harsh your mello man"
