Post by Nicola67 » Sun Jan 12, 2014 10:56 am

Hi All I'm Nicola and in the UK (Bristol) trying to find a Honda CB77 TO RESTORE which I think I have my work cut out just trying to find one over here and to top it of I want to find a set of CYP77 Engine Bars to fit to one and more I hunt I Feel like I need my head read for wanting one

A Bit about me riding for manyyyyyyyyyy Moons had a old show Suzi GT250A and did a few VJMC Shows & restorations and Miss the Fun of my old Honda CB400/4 Super Sport and Promised my self once I Had a house with a Garage I Would Restore Bikes I Love when I was younger and CB77 Is one of them and the Suzuki Bearcat as its a Two Stroker lov the smell But only down side both are rare and I think I should not go for a match Pair of a CB & CL77

I ride most of the year on a Kwak VN900 Cruiser and Have a Small Suzi GS550 Chop for Fun its time to go for my 1st Love and thats classic 60's Bikes

Hi Alan

I've gone through most of those and got near 2 grand to spend on one so I hope that gets a fair one for the price

I will be asking lots of questions plus I'm very rusty on restoration plus I have to resist getting a CL77 as they do look smart and fun

Nicola

They are all 'desirable' and you will struggle to find one as good and cheap as that in the UK.
1977 CB400F
1973 CL175
1976 XL175 - Sold
1964 CL72

After some thing that happened yesterday Yes I can afford it.

And very good ones are rare as hell which I know far to well

as much as I like it and want it

1, Half my garage is being riped out by builders so damage to a classic bike is not good
2,Once Garage made double there will be paint and making it to a workshop as well and making sure the other 2 don't get hit or covered
3,Time to get it is none at the moment for me

I feel like I'm between a rock and a hard place if it was in a months time I Would have it
