up100, how long has the bike been sitting? Have you ever been able to turn it over? What's the history on the bike? If the bike has been sitting for a long time, you might try removing the spark plugs and putting some penetrating oil in the cylinders and letting it sit for a week or so, maybe even longer. After you think you have it soaked good, try putting the bike in 4th gear and rocking the tire back and forth. Let us know if that works. There is other stuff you can use, such as PB Blaster, many on this forum have used that to help get pistons unstuck.

Aup, G-Man has given you a good lead on the penetrating oil. Most auto parts stores carry penetrating oil, just ask the sales clerk for it. When you put it in, soak it real good, you can't really get too much in the hole. Penetrating oil usually comes in an Aerosol can, spray it into the spark plug holes and let it sit, the more, the better.

To answer your question, PB Blaster is the name of a product used for unsticking rusted metals etc.

Let us know what model bike you are working on so we can visualize what you might have to do. If you can, pictures work well for help.

Thanks
