CL/CA Stator Comparison

Post by cadman » Wed May 15, 2013 7:29 pm

I have a CL and a CA stator. Part numbers are CL -37000-014 CA-37000-027.

They look almost identical except for the three retaining screws. The Three for the CL have internal threads which look like the mounting holes for the cover. (Maybe a CL person can verify this). OHM readings are the same for both - Brown to yellow 1.9 OHMs -- Brown to Pink 1.2 OHMS. I have not put the CL on my CA yet but my money says they are functionally the same. Pics below.

They do function the same.
You will find the wires on the CL are longer than the CA. ..............lm
