Mystery Jet Needle

Anyone know what a Keihin 24303 needle goes to??? Came out of a CL77 carb along with a Keihin OEM valve seat marked just with a "2" not 2.0 or 2.5. Jets were 130/38 and the slide was also correct for a CL77. I can't find any reference to a 24303 needle except for one post on this site that mentions its existence.

HONDA used many different numbered needles that were never listed over the years.
Usually the early CL77 will have numbers but the later issued 1966/67 had no numbers.
The jets are correct for the CL77. ..........lm

Is the "2" needle valve seat normal in a CL carb?

I have a pair of carbs here somewhere with 24304 needles. And a CB77 with 24231.

24 is the nominal carb size. We call them PW26 carbs but Keihin or Honda didn't necessarily agree. Or maybe the needles were designed for a smaller carb and were used in the 26mm carb.

CB750 use 27201
CB160 are 18308
CB72 use 22402

I would hypothesize that the three last digits changed with the taper angle(s) which Honda/keihin may have modified over time.
