This is because the M8 bolts used were probably too long and have damaged the inside bore of the fork. It is likely that there is a high spot in the bore just above the bolt and this is stopping the bush.
Sometimes it is possible to insert a long grinding tool and grind away this point.
Also it is possible to drill through the side of the fork and drill right into the bore.
In this case you may need to buy a replacement fork leg.

M8 bolt is in good condition. The tube slides normally, but I have a question about the screw number 5 in the diagram ... There is not this on my fork. Merci G-Man Le boulon M8 est en bon état. Le tube coulisse normalement, mais j'ai une interrogation sur la vis numéro 5 sur le schéma ... Il n'y a pas cela sur ma fourche .
