anyone out there replace the rubber cam wheel ? What's the best way? Someone must have done this . mac / CL 77

Do you mean the cam chain roller? If so, which one? There are to--one on the tensioner and one between the cylinders and the case. Replacing the one on the tensioner requires simply removing the tensioner. Replacing the lower one requires pulling the engine and removing the cylinders.

thanks for the reply. I mean the cam chain tensioner roller. I have a replacement rubber wheel, but not sure how to get the wheel itself apart. Is there a rivet to be punched out? Have you done this? Thanks again,mac
