Question: what will happen if the two small nipples on the back of the eng head are clogged up? 69 305 dream.

Although I have not done it, I have seen a number of them with just a bolt replacing (pluging) the vent, so I don't think they do a lot!

They don't do a lot and were discontinued in 1967. ....lm
