Coil to plugs overhaul

Anyone have a write up on reworking the coil out to the plugs? I am going to test coil and replace the 7mm copper wire and get new plug caps....do ya'll recommend NGK caps or something else? I'm putting out a lot of posts lately but I'm on a roll now with this bike restore....hope thats OK.

assuming your wires go right into coil?
i got a hold of these wire splicers from scramblerhonda. used ngk caps, works great
