CL77 Carburetor Jets

Post by harv7 » Sat Aug 18, 2012 8:54 am

Can anyone tell me what the stock jet sizes are for a 1967 CL77. Carb is marked "26" with "77" stamped on the choke lever. Thanks!

It came with 130 38 jets and a slender needle compared to the CB77 carb.
I use the CB77 parts which are 138 42 and shorter fatter needle. ..................lm

That's interesting. I'd been under the impression that the CL77 cam with 135 mains, have even stated that here and nobody has ever corrected that statement.

I also thought it came with 42 pilots based on the manual for the CB. Mine has 38's.

I was just going to put 135 mains back in and now realize I'm good to go with 130's.

Thanks for posting this LM and thanks for asking the question Harv. Timing was perfect.

regards,
Rob
