68 CB77 CYLINDER HEAD

Hi guys, can anyone tell me if the cylinder head on a cb77 is the same as the cl77?

But the cb77 has a tacho drive but the cl77 has not got the tacho drive, is it just a simple camshaft and end cap swap?

Sorry but ya ask about the head.
Ya need to replace the left side cam and cover. .............lm
