Got some hard bags....

Post by Kigsby » Fri Mar 23, 2012 1:27 pm

Picked up some hard bags for the Dream. Not sure if the brackets will work yet, but the lights work, no cracks, pretty good condition. But I'm not sure what kind they are. Anyone know??

I remember seeing a set of those on ebay a while back. They were NOS and the manufacturer info was included, but I never heard of them, and don't remember who it was.

They were a little pricey for me so I passed on them, but I think they will look good mounted on a Dream.

Please post some pics when you have them mounted

They guy thinks they are Javelin bags, but I couldn't find anything about them. They were only $200. Didn't think that was too much compared to the Buco bag prices I've been seeing. Still trying to figure out how to mount them!

Just curious Brewsky....what's 'a little pricey"? Do you think $200 is a good deal?

$200 is a good deal for vintage useable hard bags in my opinion.
I should have said I was too cheap instead of they were too pricey!

Shit, $200 for hard bags seems cheap compared to the $80 I just spent for keys on ebay!
