One came out because it was rusted to the piston the other came out with a little wd40 is that bad?

It's not good. Sleeves should have about a .003" interference fit and should not come out with wd40. If they are not a really tight fit, there is an air gap.

Your local M/C shop or Bill Bune in MN can tell you how bad they are and what to do about it. You could get thicker liners or you may have to plate them or if they are still within spec, maybe they can be re-inserted with some loctite.
