good classic bikes to restore?

Post by jerrym » Sun Feb 25, 2007 3:23 pm

I've been considering buying a superhawk to restore for a while. I love the styling of the early honda's but honestly haven't done a complete restoration on a bike before. Is the superhawk a hard project for a beginner? Is there another classic bike with nice styling that would be easier?

Probably one of the best and easiestother than dirt bikes.
Frames and steering parts are simple and most parts for them are available if ya look hard.
Just my biased opinion. ...............lm
