Any thoughts on these mirrors on e-bay Item number: 310231017558 ? I'm assuming they are the same from the Dream to Scrambler. Thanks!

I was looking at those for my Dream, but it says they are 8mm. When I measured for my Dream, the mirror I took off was 10mm so I didn't think it would fit. (But nothing on my Dream seems to be normal).

Hey Kingsby, They are suposed to be 8mm, I'm just not sure what the correct ones are, I did find another set on e-bay from someone in the states that say they are NOS also, I sent them a note asking what markings they have on them (didn't show in the photo). I'm assuming they should have a JAPAN and HM on them, can anyone enlighten me? I hate to spend $60 for the wrong ones.

What year did Honda switch to the 10mm? I know the '62 and maybe '63 was still 8mm. I decided to not go authentic and got a set of the universal rectangular mirrors (typical Ken Sean or Emgo) in 10mm and re-drilled and tapped my perches for the larger size. I know it's sacrilegious but I have a set of the smaller perches if I ever want to switch. The universal mirrors are half the price of the Honda ones.

The good news is that a 8mmx1.25 helicoil treads right into the 10mm hole if you ever want to change back.

Those mirrors are still available from Honda. Thing is, the angle isn't quite right, and they're hard to see with.

Hey Kigs, I bought 8mm mirrors and promptly realized they didn't fit my configuration. I changed my lever housings and when I did that, it changed the mirror fitment. My original hardware was 8mm. But since they were extremely hard to find all the right parts to make them work, I just swapped them out. So, my 8mm ones will be going up on EBAY lol.

Interesting you mention they are hard to see with, I called Western Hills Honda today and Terry said the same thing; he said Honda repopped them a few years back but they don't adjust like the originals and are not hardly useable. He said if its a driver I should find originals or aftermarket ones.
