restoration of a dutch honda cb72I'm still looking for the kickstartershaft. I have found this on ebay
http://www.ebay.com/itm/HONDA-DREAM-C70 ... 500wt_1413 Does anyone knows if this shaft will fit? I've just removed one camshaft. The other one moves togehter with the camsprocket and I cannot get it loose. How should I do this?

Put the nut on the threaded shaft so it is flat with the end.
Place wood or something ya can hit with a hammer at the nut then hit it and when the shaft is loose ya are there. ...............lm
Today I received a used (but in very good condition) kickstarter shaft and a new bushing :)

Keep in mind the bushing is directional. ........lm
Because I want to zinc plate everything at once I removed the spokes in the weekend.
The front spokes and nipples looked good: P1010023 by Kristof Beheyt, on Flickr A lot of spokes from the rear wheel are bent or broken. P1010032 by Kristof Beheyt, on Flickr Zinc plated spokes I like the most. Most spokes today are stainless steel. What should I do? Can I still buy zinc plated spokes and nipples like the original ones?
