I talked to Jeff.
A truly nice feller.
Seems he's selling the bike for a friend and was offered mistaken info.
He's straight up so no need to "I'll report ya to eBay for false advertizing" messages.
Now lets see how the bids go. ........lm

Ed,

Thanks for taking the time to talk with him. He e-mailed me back this morning.

"Tom,
Hi Jeff here. I received numerous emails alerting me to the fact of my error on my listing. I do 99.9% Harleys. That is where the money is for me. I am not the authority on Honda. After reviewing the many many emails sent to me by the Honda gurus from all over the country I have corrected the situation. I have ended that listing. I have made all the necessary corrections and relisted the bike properly. I encourage you to check it out. It is item# 270898032270. While your checking the listing out why not show some courtesy and throw a couple bids in. Sounds fair enough? Lets get the ball rolling with some bids ! I await your reply but would prefer to see your bid! Thanks--Jeff"

I don't know what he means by "show some courtesy" and "throw a couple bids in" but I have no interest in this bike and will not be bidding on it.

Maybe was right, Ed. No title, needs work/missing parts and didn't meet reserve at $1525!
