I just received a new "gold" colored chain (530) for my 1967 Honda Cl77.
It is what is called an "O ring " Chain.
Looks nice, but to my surprise, it has an extra link on each outer side making it much wider than the stock chain.
Will this work with the stock sprockets front and rear? Will it interfere/hit with the chain guard?
Whats the purpose?
This chain, along with the narrow vs wide spline on the front countershaft sprocket is driving me crazy!
Thanx in advance for any advice.
**Where is a good place to buy a non O Ring 530 chain for these CL77's?
