Reupholster seat covers on ebay, any good?

has anyone reupholster there seat using this ebay product? He said it's made of Marine Vinyl, which is water proof. I am not sure if that's good or bad.

My seat cover on one of my CB77's came from Canada, not sure if it's the same seller, but it was a pretty good copy of the original and I have no negative comments what so ever.

I also used that same seat cover and it fit perfectly and I had no trouble installing it.

Yep, marine vinyl.
