do i need a larger size of wrist pins when going from std ca77 pistons to .025 size cb77 (275) pistons on my ca77?

No. If the small ends of the rods are worn, you can get oversize wrist pins, and have the pistons and small ends of the rods honed to fit the OS wrist pins. Put your old wrist pin in the rod, and see if it has excessive play. If so, you may need the OS wrist pins. PM Ed, he may have the pistons that you need.
