CL77 left crankcase cover protector (part #50353-273-000z)

Hello, can anyone tell me if the subject part (CL77 left crankcase cover protector (part #50353-273-000z), is used on the 1967 model? Ohio Cycle lists it in their parts catalog but it's not available and doesn't mention if it's early or late. I have watched on eBay and haven't seen reference to it. Is it one of the "impossible to find" parts? Any informataion will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it's used on the 67, and it's one of those hard to find parts. I have seen them come up on Ebay from time to time. Try posting on the parts wanted section on this site.
