Forget all the black ground wires, as the bike frame acts as one big GROUND.
The ground symbol means that part or wire from the component attaches directly to the frame.
See if this helps...I haven't had a chance to double check it yet, but you should get the idea.
OOPS...I already see one mistake...eliminate the thick red wire from the battery to the solenoid.

I have no idea what the terminal block is... Sorry brewsky, just clarify for me... Is that my power switch (on/off) that I put on the bike?

Also, where does the winker link into the turn signals and switch for the turn signals?

And how does the ignition button (Black cirlce with man in it) act as the starter button?

The reason I have it all grounding is I dont think its connecting becuase of the paint... So I am going to ground it at teh same point as the battery ground strap on the motor mount.

Well, Sascha (or can a I call you 'Slasher', after what you've done to your poor harness?!), I can't follow the drawing. That's totally bolloxed up; muppetry at its pinnacle, almost ☺! If I've got to get on a 'plane to Torontoland I'll have to do "the shoelace thing" on you!

OK, tell me what you want to remove from the electrical system and I'll over-draw the wiring diagram -- in nice, straight lines with nice, 90° corners(!) -- in original colours for you to follow......

Did you cock tha... errr, draw that in MS Paint? If you hold down the SHIFT key whilst drawing the line; that action will restrict the line to vertical, horizontal or 45° straight lines.

Hey E3Steve,

Here we go..

So I replaced the key 6-point ignition with a button that will fire the bike - See below image, its an arcade button. The OLD ignition button on the bars is gone and my desired effect is that by pushing the arcade button, the bike starts!

I also have a 'master' switch ive mounted on the side casing thats allows power from the battery (positive) through the bike.

I have one bar with controls on it that has the following functions:
1. left signal
2. Right signal
3. high beams
4. low beams
5. Pass
6. horn

When the master switch is on, the headlights and brake light runninglight will turn on and stay on as well as the bike will be ready for iginiton (push the arcade button).

I dont understand also how they connect to the winker to make them blink...

The controls on the bars have a ground wire and one wire for each function.

I would appreciate your help with sorting out my wiring!

Here is a terminal block:

Here is a connector strip to conect all or some of the terminals together:

It's just a way to connect several wires to the same spot.

The winker switch is shown wired in it's original location, it connects the same wherever you put it.

To move the starter switch, just move the yellow/red wire to the new switch in the new location.

The "on/off" switch is your "power switch"...add your fuse between it and the terminal block.

To check and see if you are getting ground to the frame or other part of the bike, just connect an ohmmeter or continuity tester from the negative battery lead to the location in question.

Here is a revised drawing, I forgot the winker relay and corrected the starter solenoid.

I'm sure Steve can come up with a much better drawing, and probably some better ideas too.

Is that a Victorinox Sprint multitool in your hand in your Flickr pic?

e3 - Yep, good eye/guess!

Brewsky, on the Starter Magnetic SW why does your diagram have it bypassing the ON/OFF switch?
There are 2 reds running to it, one direct from the battery, the other running after the on/off switch... is this correct? I have highlighted by bypassing of the on/off switch with neon green circles.
