Looks to me like someone trying to sell you something...and a waste of a good CL!

OK here we go. Either it's a trick question (because it's literally chopped), or it is "A", a chopped CL77. Maybe it's just the angle of the picture, but the down tube appears to be raked back a bit. This of course is my perspective while chowing four slices of french toast and coffee.
