Ebay high compression pistons
I can't help you with your question, I can only say that I've been wondering the same thing. So, I'll be hoping that someone responds to this myself. Anyone??

Bill Silver addresses this topic in one of his restoration guides. His comments are to the effect that there are good, bad and unknown quality kits out there, and to shop wisely. I think he mentions the Italian pistons in the 'unknowns'.
Italy is in general very good at producing quality products which depend on machining and metallurgy. I would be comfortable putting a set of Italian manufacture pistons in my CB77. As far as rings go, I wouldn't buy a kit that didn't include rings and a head gasket ready to go without modification.
