While putting the primary together today, I searched the manuals for a torque spec for the castle nut that holes the primary sprocket and filter drive sprocket in place. I found nothing, other than a comment in the manual to tighten it well.
My torque specs for metric fasteners goes up to 18mm and said 115 ft-lbs. I could not get the wrench to click because the clutch began to slip.
So, I decided to use my electric impact wrench. Worked too good. I actually sheared the locking tab that engages the spline on the shaft for the locking washer. So, I put the old washer on and was not a zealous with the impact wrench. Worked great.
Just a warning to those who have yet to do this. You need to make sure you do not over tighten and shear the lock tab on the locking washer. If that washer turns with the nut, too late.
