Looks like I hit the motherlode with this site !! <br />Just purchased a 305 Superhawk, but it has no battery.<br />Where to go ? What is the generic code for this battery ?<br />Any tips on getting this great machine roadworthy would be much aprreciated. It looks like it will run great, it has compression, etc.,<br /><br />Any help will be great... <br /><br />Greg

The origional number for the battery is: 12N54B. I haven't purchased one in years so I don't know if they are still available- check dealers.

Yes, the batteries are still available. It will be easier to get one from a Battery dealer than an auto part store. Yuasa has one for example. the number is 12N9-3A for about $40-$50.<br />
