For us who grew up with old Brit bikes the official Briish Standard procedure is

"tighten until threads strip - then back off 1/2 turn".....

Just joking..... honest .... :-))

Hi Jerry,

Same to you. I think I'm going to dyno the CB450 tomorrow, or if the weather is nice, I'll go out for a ride. Sunday afternoon, I'm going further with restoring the blue 1962 CB72, together with my oldest son (10 years old). If it's finished, it's his, he chose this one to be his bike (and he will keep it this color),

My weekend will be good,
