2 * 45 = 90 degree's, 45 degree is mentioned by me as a half top angle, or an angle of the valve seat with respect to the center line of the valve. Honda gives the full top cone, thus resulting in 90 degree's. About the clearance, it's 0,01 mm, when using original pistons, and make sure you mechanic understands were to measure the piston. A lot of so called mechanics are measuring in the wrong place, measuring should be done as Honda specifies, not in a different way! This is a cyber slap in the back of the head.... SMACK! Go download the CB77 Shop manual that I told you about. The engines are the same as are the specs according to the experts here on the forum. All you need to know, plus pictures of the tranny in all 4 gears is in that manual. I know your puter is busted. But you are communicating here use that same puter to download the manual and print it out. You can make notes regarding tips and suggestions received here in the margins in the appropriate sections. That manual also does a decent job of explaining how many of the subsystems work. Granted, it is in Engrish so you might have to read it a few times to understand it. But there is a lot of info in the Construction Section. regards,

I'm actually doing this forum from my phone. I also downloaded the manual to my phone (all 190 pgs) was going to goto Kinko's to print it out but they wanted $1 a page... I'd rather fly you to Miami then give kinko's $200. I'm going to look at computers today, But I'll probably just buy ink for my buddy's printer so I can use that. I also worked 56 Hours (on my feet) in the last four days at work, so the idea of getting outta bed today... Ehh, maybe I'll be looking at the computer tomorrow... Joel
